Shipping Time

In case an item is out of stock, Miomat.shop will send a notification to the customer as soon as possible and will keep the customer updated on the possible delivery date.

Once the item is ready for shipment, Miomat.shop will give the order to the shipment company for delivery of the order to the customer.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, Miomat.shop will get in touch with the customer and decide together how to proceed. If you decide to have your item sent separately, we will ship it to you free of charge once it is back in stock.

Damaged package

Any visible damage, qualitative deficiencies, or other delivery-related issues have to be reported immediately by the customer to Miomat.shop, along with accompanying pictures. Please send your report to hello@miomat.shop.
